Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
Within 7 Days
You can ask for a full refund within 7 calendar days of the purchase date of a credit pack or subscription. Each subscription renewal counts as a new purchase.
No Credits Used
No credits have been used for video or image generation since the purchase. Both conditions must be met; if either one is not, the purchase cannot be refunded.
When We Cannot Refund
•More than 7 calendar days have passed since the purchase date.
•Any credits have been used for generation since the purchase, however few.
•The request is about output quality after credits were used.
•A partial refund of the unused credits from a purchase that has been partly used.
Statutory rights that apply in your country are not affected by this policy.
