Requests blocked by the content check before generation starts are not charged. After a job starts, credits are returned for technical failures, timeouts, and other failures unrelated to a confirmed content-policy violation. If a confirmed violation causes the model to refuse the request or the generated result to be blocked, credits are not returned to accounts without a qualifying paid order (successfully paid and not fully refunded or charged back); accounts with one receive a full credit return. Your task history shows the final credit outcome. If you think a block was a mistake, contact support.
