Important Notice: VidKiss is operated independently by VidKiss and is not affiliated with any AI model provider.

Generation requests you submit are processed by third-party AI models reached through commercial APIs. Questions about how a specific model was trained should be directed to that model's provider. Account, billing, and support matters are handled exclusively by VidKiss.

To generate a video, VidKiss transmits the prompt you write and any image you upload to a third-party AI model provider over a commercial API. This transfer is necessary to deliver the Service you requested and may involve processing outside your country of residence.

Model providers process this content under their own terms. We select providers that offer commercial API terms, but we do not control their internal retention practices.

We store your prompts and the resulting media so they appear in your generation history. You can delete individual generations from your account. Deleting your account removes your generation history from our systems.

Before you upload an image for image-to-video or image-to-image generation, you confirm the following:

Usage rights: You hold the rights, licences or permissions needed to use the image for content generation.

Consent of individuals: If the image shows identifiable people, you have their explicit consent to use their likeness in AI-generated content.

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for making sure your use of uploaded images complies with applicable law and third-party rights. We are not liable for unauthorised use of images by users.

Prohibited content: Do not upload images that infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of third parties without proper authorisation.

By using the image or video generation features you accept these requirements. We may remove content that violates them and suspend or close accounts that repeatedly do so.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity and store certain information.

You can refuse cookies via your browser settings; some features may not work without them.

We may use Personal Data to provide and maintain the Service, manage accounts, send updates, and respond to requests.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Generation history is retained until you delete it or close your account.

Transaction records are retained as required by tax and accounting law, typically seven years, even after account closure.

You may request deletion of your Personal Data through your account settings or by visiting our contact page.

We strive to protect Personal Data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
