Important Notice: VidKiss is an independent service operated by VidKiss. VidKiss is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any AI model provider.
Video generation on vidkiss.com is performed by third-party AI models accessed through commercial APIs. Model names shown on this site identify which model produced a given output; they do not indicate any partnership. Questions about a model's capabilities, training data, or licensing terms should be directed to that model's provider.
VidKiss is solely responsible for your account, billing, content policy, and support on vidkiss.com.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an entity, you represent you have authority to bind that entity.

The VidKiss name, logo, site design, and software are owned by VidKiss. These Terms do not grant you any right to use them.

Payment and Subscription
Certain features require payment. Credits are sold as one-time purchases, not subscriptions, and do not expire. You agree to pay all applicable fees. We may change prices with notice; changes never affect credits you already own.
Payments are collected by VidKiss and processed by Stripe. Your card statement will show a descriptor associated with VidKiss. We do not store your full card details — they are handled entirely by the payment processor.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Termination
By You
You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions provided on the Site. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease.
By VidKiss
We may terminate or suspend your account or access to the Service, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms.
